Community Engagement

Rooted in Taiwan, CHPT has grown with the support of communities and stakeholders across society. Upholding the belief of giving back to society what we have gained from society, the Company is committed to strengthening relationships with neighboring communities in Pingzhen Industrial Park, caring for disadvantaged groups, giving back to society, creating shared value, and fulfilling its corporate social responsibility.

2025 Year-End Warmth Campaign in Pingzhen Industrial Park: CHPT participated in the “2025 Year-End Warmth Campaign” organized by the Pingzhen Industrial Park Service Center. Together with local competent authorities and other enterprises in the industrial park, the Company helped collect daily necessities, household appliances, and other essential supplies. These donations, including daily necessities and nutritional supplements, were provided to disadvantaged families and social welfare organizations in the Pingzhen area, demonstrating the Company’s commitment to corporate social responsibility and community care and bringing warmth to people in need during the year-end season.

2025 “Donate Blood, Share Love, Sustain Life” Campaign: CHPT collaborated with the Taiwan Blood Services Foundation to promote voluntary and unpaid blood donation and fulfill its commitment to corporate social responsibility and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). During the winter blood shortage period, employees and enterprises within the industrial park were invited to participate in the blood donation campaign. In 2025, 87 employees participated, contributing a total of 121 bags of blood.

Participation in Local Public Affairs: CHPT actively participates in public affairs within Pingzhen Industrial Park, including joining cleaning initiatives organized by the industrial park corporate volunteer group and environmental volunteer teams from Yongfeng Village and three other neighboring villages. Through collaboration with the Industrial Park Service Center and the Industrial Park Industry Development Association, CHPT connects corporate and local community resources. Guided by the principles of environmental friendliness and social good, the Company has actively supported and participated in activities such as the “Anpingzhen Village Beetle Patrol Team” and the “10th Anniversary Appreciation Festival of the Ironclad Volunteer Army.”

Industry-Academia Collaboration

CHPT actively participates in and promotes social welfare initiatives while prioritizing the employment of local talent. To support local education and increase students’ practical workplace experience, the Company collaborates with neighboring colleges and universities through various industry-academia programs and participates in educational development initiatives.

CHPT actively participates in recruitment activities for people with disabilities in Taoyuan. In 2025, the weighted number of employees with disabilities employed at the Pingzhen site reached 12, supporting the economic independence and employment opportunities of people with disabilities and contributing to the local community.

In 2025, CHPT collaborated with four neighboring universities on various industry-academia programs, providing 26 internship opportunities. The Company also actively participated in job information sessions and campus recruitment activities at colleges and universities, including one job information session with 34 participants and three campus recruitment events with 170 participants.

CHPT continues to provide scholarships, financial assistance, and internship opportunities to students, helping young people pursue their studies and transition into employment. Guided by a people-oriented philosophy and a commitment to valuing and cultivating talent, the Company continues to give back to society through the following initiatives:

1. Industry-Academia Collaboration: Through lectures and professional sharing by industry experts, students gain a better understanding of industry trends and technological developments, helping to narrow the gap between academic learning and practical workplace requirements.
2. Student Job Matching: CHPT actively provides high-quality employment opportunities and recruits graduating students, offering young talent a platform to develop their capabilities. These initiatives help young people apply what they have learned, achieve stable employment, reduce youth unemployment, and create shared benefits for students, the Company, and society.
3. Mock Interviews: CHPT provides resume reviews and mock interview sessions, allowing students to receive guidance from industry professionals. These initiatives help improve students’ interview skills and success rates, strengthen the effectiveness of matching between students and employers, and enhance social benefits.
4. Supporting Student Growth: CHPT provides scholarships and financial assistance to students, enabling them to focus on their studies and professional development. The Company also offers internship opportunities that allow students to gain first-hand workplace experience, explore career possibilities, and adjust their career direction when necessary. Interns are provided with competitive compensation and benefits comparable to those offered to regular employees, creating a supportive and high-quality internship environment.
